Assessment and Level of Care Determination

Every person’s addiction journey is different. Our clinical team conducts a comprehensive assessment to match you with the right program—whether that’s medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, intensive outpatient programming, or another evidence-based approach. We consider your addiction severity, support system, mental health, and personal circumstances.

Insurance Verification and Financial Planning

Cost should never be a barrier to treatment. Our admissions team works directly with most major insurance providers to verify your benefits and explain your coverage in clear terms. For those without insurance, we offer self-pay options and payment plans.

Scheduling Your First Appointment

Once insurance is verified, we’ll schedule your first appointment at our Kentucky facility. When you’re ready for help, waiting can be dangerous—many clients begin treatment within 24 to 48 hours. We can coordinate transportation from Lexington, Louisville, Georgetown, and surrounding areas, removing every obstacle between you and recovery.
