Getting started at CommonHealth Recovery is straightforward. Here is how care typically works:

  1. Complete an intake assessment. Contact us to schedule your initial appointment. Our clinical team will evaluate your needs, discuss your treatment goals, and determine which services are the right fit for you.
  2. Develop your personalized treatment plan. Based on your assessment, we will build a customized care plan that may include one or more of the following:
    • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): Medical evaluation, medication management with Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadi, or Vivitrol, and ongoing progress monitoring.
    • Individual and Group Counseling and Therapy: Structured sessions to address underlying issues, build coping skills, and support lasting recovery.
    • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Multiple sessions per week, available in-person or via telehealth, designed to fit around your daily responsibilities.
    • Targeted Case Management: Coordination of care, community resource navigation, and support for social determinants of health.
    • Addiction Psychiatry: Psychiatric evaluation and treatment integrated with your addiction care.
    • DUI Education and Treatment: Court-approved programming to meet legal requirements and support behavioral change.
  3. Attend your appointments. Follow your treatment schedule and stay engaged with your care team.
  4. Track your progress. Regular check-ins allow us to monitor your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and celebrate milestones along the way.
