Seeking treatment and starting the admissions process can be intimidating. At CommonHealth Recovery, our caring staff will guide you through the entire journey from admission to discharge. We are here to help you live your best.

Admissions Process

INSURANCE VERIFICATIONYou may call us or fill out our confidential online verification form to verify insurance coverage. We save you time and insurance covers most, if not all of our treatment programs.

PERSONALIZED CONSULTATIONEach one of our patients is treated with integrity, respect, and dignity. We know that every addiction is different which is why we tailor your treatment plan to your individual and personal requirements.

PROGRAM PROVISIONINGOur admissions, care coordination, and clinical team work in unison to determine which programs are a good fit for you, your loved ones, or legal requirements.

CommonHealth Recovery outpatient treatment services offers a broad spectrum of therapies to meet your needs, based on your unique goals. 

Depending on your symptoms, you may fit into one of the following programs:

  • Outpatient Treatment
    • Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Collateral Therapy
    • 45-60 minute sessions with a qualified substance abuse counselor
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
    • More intensive than outpatient treatment; 3 Hours/Day and 3 Days/Week, sessions are led by a qualified substance abuse counselor
  • Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
    • 15-30 minute sessions with a qualified substance abuse Physician or Nurse Practitioner

At CommonHealth, we know how difficult it can be to take those first steps towards getting into treatment. But know that you’re not alone.

CommonHealth provides addiction treatment and mental health for the following age groups:

  • Adults ages 18 and above
  • Senior adults

We provide services for individuals who are struggling with substance abuse. Our programming can address addictions to the following substances:

  • Alcohol
  • Opiates
  • Percocet
  • Lortab
  • Heroin
  • Suboxone
  • Fentanyl
  • Dilaudid
  • Benzodiazepines
  • Xanax
  • Ativan
  • Klonopin
  • Valium
  • Over-the-counter medications

We know that every patient has unique treatment needs, including mental health. Some of the most common disorders we treat include:

  • Psychosis
  • Schizophrenia
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Major depressive disorder
  • Co-occurring disorders
  • Suicidal ideation
  • Personality disorders
  • Eating disorders
  • Other behavioral health disorders

    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide treatment services for individuals struggling with the following challenges:

    • Symptoms of eating disorders
    • Autism spectrum disorders
    • Moderate to severe developmental disabilities

    If we determine that CommonHealth cannot serve you or your loved one, we will provide a list of other resources.
