Commitment to Community-Based ServicesPartnering with Agencies for a Stronger, Healthier Community

At CommonHealth Recovery, our mission extends beyond individual treatment to actively support our community through strong partnerships with local and state agencies. As an approved and contracted Department of Corrections treatment provider, we work closely with Drug Courts, the Department of Community-Based Services (DCBS), county attorneys, and the Department of Corrections to ensure that individuals receive the care they need to achieve lasting recovery and rehabilitation.

Our Community Partnerships:

  • Drug Courts – We collaborate with Drug Courts to provide individuals with a path to recovery that can serve as an alternative to incarceration. Our evidence-based treatment programs and counseling services aim to address the root causes of substance use, offering a structured approach that meets Drug Court requirements while focusing on long-term recovery.
  • Department of Community-Based Services (DCBS) – As a DCBS partner, we conduct assessments and provide treatment services that support families and individuals referred for substance use issues. Our goal is to assist clients in overcoming addiction and maintaining stability, offering them the tools they need to rebuild their lives.
  • County Attorneys – Our partnership with county attorneys helps ensure that individuals who require treatment as part of legal proceedings receive the appropriate support. We provide timely assessments, personalized treatment plans, and regular progress reports to ensure compliance and promote positive outcomes.
  • Department of Corrections – As a contracted provider with the Department of Corrections, we offer specialized programs that focus on the unique needs of justice-involved individuals. Our goal is to help clients address substance use issues, build coping skills, and reintegrate into society with the support they need for a successful transition.

Dedicated Care Coordination

To ensure seamless communication and progress tracking, CommonHealth Recovery appoints a dedicated staff member to serve on our Behavioral Health Treatment Team. This staff member acts as a liaison between clients, our treatment center, and referral sources like Drug Courts, DCBS, county attorneys, and the Department of Corrections. They are responsible for:

  • Tracking Client Progress: Monitoring the progress of each client referred by these agencies to ensure they are receiving the appropriate level of care and support.
  • Reporting Updates: Providing regular updates on client progress and any changes in treatment plans, ensuring transparency and accountability in the recovery process.
  • Coordinating Care: Serving as the point of contact for both the client and the referring agency, facilitating communication and ensuring that all parties remain informed and aligned on treatment goals.

Supporting a Brighter Future

Our commitment to community-based services reflects our belief that recovery is a collaborative effort. By working closely with local agencies, we help individuals overcome substance use disorders and create a foundation for healthier, more productive lives. We are proud to be a trusted partner in the journey to recovery, ensuring that our clients receive the compassionate care they deserve.
